e.g. a2” pump will handle solids of up to ¼' diameter.

Submersible!
With
proper exhaust venting to atmosphere, Teryair diaphragm pumps are
submersible. Process fluid must be compatible with material of
construction.
Automatic
Stopping of pump with no energy consumption!
Simply
closing the discharge valve can stop Teryair diaphragm pumps. even if
this valve is at a distance away from the pump. The pump stops
without any further air consumption and starts again once the
discharge valve is opened.
Similarly
the pump is capable of pumping at variable flow rates either by
adjusting the supply air pressure or by throttling the discharge
side, in both ways the energy consumption is proportional to the
pumping volumes.
Easy
Maintenance!
One
of the best features of Teryair diaphragm pumps is the ability to
maintain the pump on site without even opening the foundation bolts
and process piping. The air valve and the diaphragms can be
maintained and replaced easily in this way.
Cool
running, spark resistance and explosion proof!
Teryair
diaphragm pumps do not generate much heat during operation and the
air circuit through
the
pump helps keep the pump at relatively cooler operating temperatures.
This removes the possibility of ignition of solvent vapors. Moreover
as these pumps are pneumatic there is no possibility of sparking and
therefore explosion proof. (Please consult Teryair for installation

Portability
and easy installation!
The
overall small size and lightweight design of Teryair diaphragm pumps
makes them easy to move from job to job and install with no major
concrete foundation.
